37th Annual Alderson Lecture and Awards Ceremony

The Alderson Lecture and Awards Ceremony is the annual celebration of the Department of Kinesiology and Health Education at the University of Texas at Austin. This year, we are honored to have Nate Boyer as our distinguished lecturer. A retired Green Beret, Mr. Boyer is also an alumni of our program and a former Longhorn and NFL football player. A humanitarian, philanthropist, and sought after public speaker, Mr. Boyer will reflect on his life experiences in a talk entitled "From Darfur to DKR: How the World Changed Me." The lecture will be followed by an award ceremony recognizing the achievements of KHE students. Refreshments will be provided.
